Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers in corporate companies, travel agencies, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of events
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to management on a regular basis
- Train and mentor junior sales staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field required
- Experience in negotiating contracts and rates is essential
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Biometric passport required
Salary: 1600$
