Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient running of the office in Porto. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supervising office staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, as well as overseeing budget and expenses. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and previous experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month and includes free visa and ticket. Accommodation is not provided.
