Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve targeted goals
- Develop relationships with potential clients, including corporate businesses, travel agencies, and event planners
- Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, adjusting strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of local market trends and key players in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
