Temporary Concierge
We are seeking a friendly and organized Temporary Concierge to assist our guests during their stay at our hotel in Porto. As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making reservations and recommendations, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Make reservations for dining, activities, and transportation as requested by guests
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, events, and restaurants based on guest preferences
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on hotel services and amenities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Must be legally authorized to work in Porto

Salary: 1700$
Location: Porto, Portugal
