Job Title: Seasonal Concierge in Porto

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Porto. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a seasonal job that does not require previous experience, and we offer accommodation for our employees. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who have their own visa to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Handle guest requests for room service, transportation, or other needs
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and welcoming at all times
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
