Junior Web Developer


We are a dynamic and innovative company in Faro, seeking a highly motivated Junior Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites according to client specifications. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing websites that are user-friendly
- Write efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web programming languages
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure website layout and graphics are visually appealing
- Implement new features and functionality on existing websites
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues that arise during the development process
- Ensure website optimization for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web programming languages
- Familiar with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite or other web development tools. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to obtain one.
