IT Support Technician



We are hiring an IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Faro. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, networks, and software. You will also assist in maintaining and upgrading hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers, networks, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and applications
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
