Computer Support Specialist


As a Computer Support Specialist in Faro, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for various computer systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading computer systems, installing new software and hardware, and providing training to clients on how to use new technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for various computer systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including software and hardware upgrades
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Keep track of all customer interactions in a detailed manner using our internal system
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve technical problems efficiently
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month
