As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models. Your role will involve working closely with data scientists and software engineers to build cutting-edge AI solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand project requirements and design machine learning solutions
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models using programming languages such as Python and Java
- Train models on large datasets using techniques such as deep learning and natural language processing
- Evaluate the performance of models and make necessary adjustments for optimization
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience developing machine learning algorithms and models
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Java
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis or clustering
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
