We are searching for a highly skilled and dynamic Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team in Faro. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other cross-functional teams to build and deploy machine learning solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant data sources and develop data preprocessing pipelines.
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of different machine learning models.
- Develop scalable solutions for real-time prediction and batch processing.
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.) for implementing machine learning models.
- Experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.

Location:

This job is located in Faro, Portugal. While we prefer candidates who already have the right to work in Portugal, we are open to sponsoring a visa for the right candidate.
