Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Developer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a VR/AR Developer, you will be responsible for creating immersive and interactive experiences for various platforms, including but not limited to mobile devices, virtual reality headsets, and augmented reality glasses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop virtual and augmented reality applications using Unity or similar game engines
- Collaborate with designers and artists to create high-quality VR/AR experiences
- Implement user interfaces and interactions for VR/AR applications
- Optimize performance of VR/AR applications for various platforms
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in the VR/AR industry
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to VR/AR development
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in virtual or augmented reality development
- Proficiency in Unity or other game engines such as Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of VR/AR design principles
- Experience with 3D modeling, animation, and texturing
- Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, or other programming languages
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile development for iOS and Android platforms
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with motion capture technology
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in virtual or augmented reality development

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)

Location: Faro, Portugal
