Data Mining Analyst
We are hiring a Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with our data scientists and business analysts to provide insights that support decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and extract relevant data from various sources
- Clean, organize, and manipulate data to prepare it for analysis
- Develop and implement data mining algorithms and models
- Analyze and interpret results to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Communicate findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for business decisions
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
- Proven experience in data mining or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is preferred
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
