Part-Time Project Manager



As a part-time project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects for our Faro-based company. Your role will involve coordinating with team members, setting project timelines and goals, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects
- Create project schedules and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress, address any challenges, and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:

This position is located in Faro, Portugal. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Faro, we are open to considering remote work arrangements for highly qualified candidates.
