A well-established publishing company in Faro is seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and images for various print and digital publications, ensuring that they are visually appealing and error-free.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize desktop publishing software to format and style text according to specific design guidelines
- Insert images, graphics, and other visual elements into documents
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in layout and design
- Proofread final documents for any errors or inconsistencies
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from editors or clients
- Maintain high-quality standards for all publications

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role is required
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software (InDesign, QuarkXPress)
- Strong eye for detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
