Online Consultant

We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our growing team in Faro. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via online platforms. This is a full-time position, with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide the best possible service

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and online platforms
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
