Online Consultant - Biometric Passport Specialist (Faro, Portugal)


We are searching for a highly skilled Online Consultant with expertise in biometric passports to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance related to the biometric passport process to our clients. This is an urgent job opportunity and the successful candidate must have experience working with biometric passports and be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online consultation services to clients regarding biometric passports
- Guide clients through the application process and assist with any questions or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to biometric passport regulations
- Ensure all client information is accurately entered into our systems
- Communicate with relevant government agencies as needed on behalf of clients
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with biometric passports
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is based in Faro, Portugal. While Portuguese nationality is preferred, we welcome applicants from other nationalities as well.
