As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional support and guidance to customers through online channels. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information and recommendations, and assisting with any technical issues they may encounter.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. A biometric passport is required for this position.

This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1200$ per month. As the consultant will be working remotely from Faro, Portugal, candidates from this location are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online channels
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport
- Good knowledge of computer systems and online platforms
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus

Working Hours:
Part-time, flexible schedule based on business needs.
