Moderator for Women's Accommodation in Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Moderator to oversee the operations of our women's accommodation in Faro, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our female guests, maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the women's accommodation, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and housekeeping
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for female guests
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful community
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Mediate conflicts between guests and resolve any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure all aspects of the accommodation are running smoothly
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is required
- Familiarity with housing regulations is preferred
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1400$ per month. This position includes accommodation within the women's facility.
