Our growing online community is seeking a dedicated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our community platform. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging environment for our users, while also enforcing community guidelines and monitoring user behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity on the platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of the community
- Encourage positive interactions between users and facilitate discussions
- Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online communities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience moderating an online community or managing social media accounts
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Portuguese (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Passion for creating positive online experiences for users

Salary: $1000/month

Location: Faro, Portugal (visa sponsorship available)
