Facade Technician - Faro, Portugal

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of exterior building facades in Faro, Portugal. You will work with a team to ensure high-quality and efficient execution of projects. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Portuguese candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facade systems according to project specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of various facade systems and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit to perform job duties such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluent in Portuguese (preferred) or English

Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
