Facade Technician - Faro, Portugal



A leading construction company in Faro, Portugal is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade installation and maintenance, as well as a valid biometric passport.

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building facades, which include cladding, curtain walls, and other architectural features. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain various exterior building facades
- Collaborate with construction team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and use proper equipment while working at heights
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades during installation or maintenance
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Familiarity with different types of facade systems and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights safely
- Biometric passport for international travel (if not already located in Faro)
- Fluent in Portuguese (preferred) or English

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this contract position. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. However, our company can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.
