We are a leading construction company in Faro, seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker Foreman to join our team. As a Concrete Worker Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the work of a team of concrete workers, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of concrete workers on construction sites
- Assign tasks and instruct workers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed within specified timelines
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure materials and equipment are available for each project
- Train and mentor new concrete workers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any incidents or accidents on site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in construction management is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a concrete worker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of different concrete types, mixing techniques, pouring methods, and finishing techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successful project completion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
