Job Title: Industrial Alpinist

We are a reputable industrial alpinism company based in Faro, Portugal. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced industrial alpinists to join our team. As an industrial alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. This may include rope access work, rigging and installation of equipment, cleaning and maintenance of structures, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial alpinism and possess excellent physical fitness and problem-solving skills. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access work using specialized equipment
- Rigging and installation of equipment at heights
- Conduct cleaning and maintenance tasks on structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism or a related field is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment while working at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid visa/work permit for Portugal (or willingness to obtain one)
