Metal Fabricator

We are in need of a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Faro. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for shaping, cutting, and assembling metal parts to create structures and products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, which includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using various tools such as saws, shears, and presses
- Weld or solder pieces together to create assemblies or structures
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of different metal types and their properties
- Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to use hand tools and machinery safely
- Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in welding or metal fabrication
- Experience working with sheet metal
- Bilingual (English/Portuguese)
