Heavy Equipment Operator



We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery used in construction, mining, and other industrial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks efficiently
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure productivity
- Complete pre-operational inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make minor repairs when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month.
