We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently move materials and perform construction tasks according to project plans.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a heavy equipment operator and possess a valid biometric passport. You must also be physically fit and able to work long hours in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and possess excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy equipment according to project plans and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
- Transport materials from one location to another using heavy equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project progress.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator.
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one before employment begins.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.
