Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro. As an Architectural Technologist, your main responsibility will be to assist the senior team in the design and construction of various building projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members to create detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for project development
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for international travel
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in architectural drafting or design
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
