We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and collect data for design purposes
- Create detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses related to the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
