We are a leading architectural firm specializing in historic preservation. We are seeking a highly motivated Preservation Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments and surveys of historic buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for restoration and conservation projects
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conducting research on historical architecture and materials
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines for historic preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in historic preservation or conservation architecture
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and restoration methods used in historic structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
