Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our team to design and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed architectural drawings, developing design concepts, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure project success. You should have excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, and a keen eye for design. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation in the beautiful city of Faro. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Develop design concepts that meet the needs of clients while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as SketchUp or Revit
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
