Part-Time Architectural Designer (Faro, Portugal)


We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Faro, Portugal. As an architectural designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various construction projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and plans
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Research materials and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare presentations for clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process
- Work within project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an architectural designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
