A dynamic and innovative Industrial Architect is needed to join our team in Faro, Portugal. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. We offer accommodation options for those who may need it. This opportunity is open to all genders.

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing industrial buildings, structures, and systems that are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve researching materials and methods, drafting plans and blueprints, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture. You must have strong design skills and be proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is also essential. Excellent communication and project management skills are required as you will work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop functional industrial designs
- Research materials and methods to determine the most suitable for each project
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they meet design specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong design skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
