Senior Architect (Faro, Portugal)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Biometric passport (preferred)

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. Please note that we do not provide accommodation for this role.
