Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Entry-Level Fitter to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to assemble mechanical components according to technical drawings and specifications
- Inspect and test completed assemblies for accuracy and functionality
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery as needed
- Assist in the development of new products by providing feedback on design and assembly processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a mechanical or construction field preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
