Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Faro! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in production. Your main goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth running and identify any issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain production records and report any issues or defects to supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting (experience with CNC machines is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine functions
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Faro. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.

Experience:
This is a great opportunity for freshers looking for entry-level positions in the manufacturing industry. Prior experience operating machinery is preferred but not required.
