Entry-Level Accountant


We are hiring an Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports and budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and a strong understanding of accounting principles. This is an urgent job with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions in the general ledger
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts

Requirements:
- Biometric passport
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
