Personal Trainer



We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also provide guidance and support in exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations and assessments with clients to determine their fitness level, goals, and any health limitations
- Create personalized workout plans that are tailored to each client's specific needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on form and safety
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Provide nutritional guidance to help clients make healthier food choices
- Educate clients on the importance of overall wellness, including proper rest and recovery practices
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients

Requirements:

- Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Knowledge of various exercise methods, equipment, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to adapt workout plans for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
