Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Faro. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a positive customer experience. You will also be in charge of budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar position. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and be able to handle high-stress situations. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will also be involved in hiring and training new employees. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, including freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the field of hospitality.
