Job Title: Temporary Restaurant Manager in Faro


We are hiring a Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faro! In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth functioning of all aspects of the business. This is a temporary position for individuals without prior experience, and accommodation will not be provided. Biometric passport is required for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Biometric passport from any nationality
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is 1700$ per month.
