Job Title: Barista at a Cozy Coffee Shop in Faro, Portugal



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a cozy coffee shop in Faro, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink made
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor towards customers
- Good time management skills to ensure drinks are prepared in a timely manner
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
