As a Part-Time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in the city of Faro. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Prepare progress reports for upper management
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for travel purposes

Salary: $1800/month (part-time)
