A dynamic and organized Office Assistant is needed to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in an office setting, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also important qualities for this role. Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Accommodation will not be provided, however, we offer free visa sponsorship and a ticket to Faro for the right candidate.
