We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Surveyor to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and accommodation will not be provided. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but you must have your own visa to work in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on construction sites using specialized equipment and tools
- Collect data on measurements, boundaries, and locations of structures
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients and project managers
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and update project plans as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations on construction sites at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS systems
- Excellent knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Must have own visa to work in Portugal
