Contract Merchandiser

A leading retail company in Faro is seeking a Contract Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and organization of our store. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, ensuring product availability, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Ensure products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
