Junior Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Manager in Faro, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for someone without previous experience in sales, as we provide comprehensive training and support. You will also have the opportunity to grow within the company and advance to a Senior Sales Manager role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Identify potential clients and reach out to them to promote our products and services
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Attend meetings, conferences, and events to network and generate new leads
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation and closing deals
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets
