Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without accommodation.
