Sales Manager


We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the hospitality industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to management

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, plus commission based on performance.
