Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business goals. You will lead a team of sales representatives, set targets, and provide training and guidance to ensure their success. Your strong communication skills will be essential in building relationships with clients and negotiating deals. The ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities will also be key in this role. You should have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to motivate and inspire your team to meet or exceed targets. This position is based in Faro, with a salary of $1300 per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs
- Ability to analyze data and create effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
