We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Online English Tutor to join our team in Faro. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of various ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English lessons using various teaching methods and materials
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Provide timely feedback and assessments to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Stay updated on current language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer a free visa and ticket for international candidates. We welcome applications from women who have the required qualifications and experience.
