Full-Time Handyman in Faro, Portugal



We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Handyman to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and equipment
- Install new appliances or furniture as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or clients in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while on the job
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients or tenants when necessary
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible to work in Portugal
